The City of Venice annual Fourth of July Fireworks display will be visible from many beachside locations in Venice, with fireworks reaching average heights of 150 feet with a maximum height of 500 feet, and will be visible from a half mile to one mile away. Boaters must stay clear of the marked marine blast zone and designated swim areas. The Venice inlet will close around 8:30 p.m. to boaters and will remain closed until 30 minutes after the finale. Plan ahead. |

Humphris Park and the South Jetty remain closed due to catastrophic damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. There is no public access in this area past Inlet Circle. Fireworks Technicians and Venice Fire Rescue personnel will be staged for the duration of the show.
Give space to marked sea turtle nests! Do not hang any towels, swim suits or other beach items from stakes or tape marking nesting areas. Remember to fill in holes and take any trash or discarded chairs, umbrellas or tents with you before you leave.
