The City will provide a credit to the customer’s water bill upon toilet installation based on the toilet’s gallons per flush (GPF) that was replaced:

•  3.5 gpf to 1.28 gpf $100 each
• 1.6 gpf to 1.28 gpf $40 each
• 1.6 gpf to .8 gpf $100 each.

Each property is eligible for up to two rebates. In order to assure that the replaced conventional toilets will not be reinstalled at another location, the City will require permanent disposal of the conventional toilet as a condition of the rebate.

Be sure to include this application, proof of toilet(s) purchase, pictures of old toilet tank and under lid, and pictures of new toilet tank and under lid.
