Susan L. Wagner is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience across the legal, financial, and public safety sectors. She began her career as an Advanced Certified Paralegal, supporting high-profile criminal cases and developing expertise in legal processes, case management, and analytical problem-solving. She later earned her CPA credentials and successfully owned and operated an accounting and tax practice for ten years, providing financial, tax, and consulting services while maintaining a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and client service. 

Leveraging her diverse professional background, Susan transitioned into public safety and has served in progressively responsible roles, including Telecommunicator, Detail and Volunteer Support Specialist, Executive Assistant, Business Services Coordinator, Senior Business Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her career, she has led operational improvements, strengthened business functions, and enhanced organizational efficiency and service delivery.

Susan earned a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2002.
