Milling & paving work 5/27-29 for Intracoastal 2nd Force Main Project
As part of the City of Venice Capital Improvement Program for the Intracoastal Waterway Second Force Main project, this week the City's contractor, Spectrum Underground, will be milling and paving portions of Warfield Ave. N., Calle Del Toro, American Legion Way/Florida St., and the westbound service road for E. Venice Ave. that provides egress for the Marina Park and Boat Ramp. ***See below map
Milling and paving work is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27 through Friday, May 29. This schedule is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Traffic patterns will shift during the work. Message boards, traffic control signs, and flaggers will be in place to direct motorists through the work zones.
Large equipment and machinery will be operating within the road right-of-way. Please obey all posted traffic control signs, drive slowly, and use caution around pedestrians and workers.
