The City of Venice is seeking public input on safety improvements for the Bayshore and La Guna Drive corridor from Tarpon St. to Tarpon Center Dr. 

A study by DMK Associates found the main concern is limited space separating vehicles and pedestrians. Two potential solutions were identified: building a sidewalk along one side of the road, or converting the roadway to one-way traffic to create space for a dedicated pedestrian and bicycle lane.
