Higel Marine Park at 1330 Tarpon Center Dr. will be closed from midnight to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 23 for an underwater cleanup of the mooring field led by the Suncoast Reef Rovers.

Venice Police, Fire Rescue and Sarasota County Sheriff's marine units, Sea Tow and the FWC will assist. A cleanup briefing will be held at 7 a.m., with divers in the water at 8 a.m. Your patience is appreciated as this project is completed.
