Legacy Park, located across from the historic Venice Train Depot, includes a train-themed playground. Along with the shaded playground structure, climbing apparatus, cornhole equipment and swings there is a multi-use trail, kayak/canoe launch, picnic shelters, restrooms and parking facilities. It is located across from the Historic Venice Train Depot.

Funding was provided by Venice Service District Park Impact Fees, Florida Communities Trust, Florida Recreation Development Assistance Grant Program, Land & Water Conservation Fund, Recreational Trails Program, and the Florida Coastal Management Program.

Park hours are as follows: October–March 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., and April–September 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
