Venice has more than 30 parks ranging in size from tiny pocket parks to the beach along the Gulf of Mexico. Some of the more unique parks include Paw Park, where dogs may romp on the beach, and Venetian Waterway Park, where people may bike and hike on a 5-mile stretch along both sides the Intracoastal Waterway. Please enjoy our parks and beaches while maintaining social distancing guidelines.

Venezia Park was part of the John Nolen design for the City of Venice. Parks were not only for recreation, but intended to provide shady walkways for pedestrians and gathering places for the community.
This park includes a playground that was updated in August 2020, picnic area, benches, bike rack and shade trees in a neighborhood setting.
