World renowned city planner John Nolen planned Venice in 1926 for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, who were building the gulf-side city to replenish its dwindling retirement funds. Fittingly, the park features signs posted along a trail telling the story of the history of Venice.

Amenities: Picnic tables, handicap accessible playground and trails leading to signs describing the city's rich history (A VABI project)
