How to Recycle Guide
The City of Venice Solid Waste and Recycling Division provides curbside solid waste, yard waste and recycling collection service to residents within the city limits. The monthly fee is included on the utility bill.
Customized service is provided to condominium and commercial customers within the city limits for solid waste, recycling and bulk container collection. Fees are based on container size and frequency of collection.
SPECIAL NEEDS CUSTOMERS
Any customer who is not able to bring garbage and recyclables to the curb may call 486-2422 to inquire about a special service. Residents using a landscape service should arrange for the yard waste to be placed at the curb for collection.
CONDOMINIUM SERVICES
Customized solid waste and recycling service is provided to all condominiums within the city limits. Solid waste services for condominiums vary. Some examples are providing 32-gallon cans, collecting filled bags or providing stationary or roll out dumpsters.
Recycling containers include 14-gallon bins, 94-gallon cans or dumpsters for cardboard and yard waste.
