He has a Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Metropolitan Regional Studies from the University of Wisconsin. Tom oversees the city’s comprehensive planning, land development review and zoning permitting functions.
	Don Caillouette Comprehensive Planner Tel: 941-486-2626, ext. 28003 Fax: 941-480-3031 dcaillo@ci.venice.fl.us	Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Geography, Sociology and Urban Studies. Don manages long-range planning projects along with transportation, environmental and hazard mitigation reviews, the planning of new parks, grant writing and updates to the City’s Comprehensive Plan. He serves on several boards including the Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Accessibility Advisory Committee.
	Roger Clark Planner Tel: 941-486-2626, ext. 28004 Fax: 941-480-2052 rclark@ci.venice.fl.us	Roger has an Associate of Science degree from Manatee Community College. He has primary responsibility for overseeing the city’s zoning and land development standards as it relates to issuance of building permits. Roger is also engaged in current planning activities including major site and development plan review, rezonings and special exception petitions in support of the Planning Commission.
	Kellie Bricker Planning Coordinator Tel: 941-486-2626, ext. 28002 Fax: 941-480-3031 kbricke@ci.venice.fl.us	Kellie is responsible for coordination and scheduling of land development petitions for review by City staff and Planning Commission.  Kellie also handles the department’s payroll, purchasing and budget.  In addition, Kellie provides administrative support to the director of Planning & Zoning.
