Tom Slaughter is a certified planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners. He has a master of science degree in urban and regional planning from Florida State University and a bachelor of science degree in political science and metropolitan regional studies from the University of Wisconsin. He oversees the Development Services division including Planning, Engineering, and Building and Code Enforcement departments.

Roger Clark has an associate of science degree from State College of Florida. He oversees the city’s regulation of businesses through the processing and issuance of local business tax receipts. His current planning activities include review of major site and development plans, and rezoning and special exception petitions in support of the Planning Commission.

Kellie Bricker coordinates and schedules land development petitions for review by city staff and Planning Commission; manages the review and scheduling of special events within the city; and provides administrative support to the general manager of development services.
