The Finance Department, led by Finance Director Jeff Snyder, assists the city manager in the preparation of the annual city budget and oversees the creation of financial reports. The 13-member department acts as custodian of city funds, supervises accounting procedures, utility billing and collection functions, payroll and auditing.
