Citizen Oversight Committee (Bond Issue)

The Citizen Bond Oversight Committee makes certain that the bond fund approved by the 2003 referendum is spent according to the intentions of the referendum. It will sunset when the last of the four projects, Maxine Barritt Park, is completed. It meets as called for by the finance director
