Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals

Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hears appeals of decisions and interpretations of the building official and considers variances of the technical codes. The board has the power to take disciplinary action against contractors working in the city.

Members do not have to be city residents, but must have knowledge and experience in technical codes, such as design professionals, contractors or building industry representatives. The board meets as needed.
